many washington insiders aren't buying the story that d.c madam deborah jeane palfrey ("jean") hanged herself. jean kept a "little" 46lbs black book that contained the names of over 10,000 clients of D.C's political and business elite. jean proved to be a quite defiant lady who repeatedly threatened to reveal some high-ranking names if cornered. it is rumored that bill clinton and dick cheney are on this list. if true a revelation would have put an end to hilary's presidential ambitions, and given george bush's catastrophic presidency another kick int he rear. only days before her death jean had confided to a friend that she was being followed, and that if she came to grief it would be murdered. strangely, just 3 months previously, a former employee of jean, brandi britton, also commited "suicide" in the same manner and under virtually identical circumstances.
